The HAVEN Ready™ Training System is a practical personal readiness program built around the principles of Home Awareness & Vital Emergency Navigation. Designed for individuals and families, this system teaches how to recognize risks, prepare your home environment, and confidently navigate unexpected emergencies. Rather than focusing on fear or extreme scenarios, HAVEN Ready centers on awareness, preparation, and calm decision-making when it matters most. Most people spend the majority of their lives inside or around their homes, yet few are ever taught how to evaluate their surroundings for safety risks or how to respond if something unexpected occurs. The system begins with home awareness, helping participants see their environment through a new lens. By understanding how everyday habits, entry points, and household routines influence safety, individuals can identify potential vulnerabilities before they become problems. Awareness is the first and most powerful step toward preparedness. Next, HAVEN Ready introduces vital preparedness strategies that strengthen the safety of a household without disrupting daily life. Participants learn simple methods for improving communication, organizing emergency plans, and creating clear response pathways for family members. These preparations help remove confusion during stressful moments and replace it with confident action. Another key element of the system is emergency navigation. When unexpected events occur, stress and adrenaline can make clear thinking difficult. HAVEN Ready teaches simple decision-making frameworks that help individuals slow down, evaluate the situation, and choose the most effective response. These strategies allow families to move through challenging moments with greater coordination and clarity. The HAVEN Ready system is designed to be accessible, practical, and family-focused. It does not rely on complicated equipment or specialized training. Instead, it emphasizes awareness habits, communication, and preparation—skills that anyone can learn and apply. By following the HAVEN principles, households develop a stronger sense of readiness and confidence. Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, the HAVEN Ready™ Training System follows a clear and fair booking policy. This policy helps maintain scheduling consistency and ensures adequate preparation time for each session. Appointment Booking All training sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the desired appointment time. This allows adequate time to prepare materials and ensure each session is tailored to the client’s needs. Appointment availability is based on the trainer’s calendar and will be confirmed once the booking request is completed. Cancellations Clients may cancel a scheduled appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time without penalty. Cancellations made within this window allow the appointment slot to be offered to other clients. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in the session being forfeited or counted as a completed session, depending on the service agreement or package purchased. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule an appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests must be submitted through the same booking method used to schedule the appointment or through the designated communication channel provided at the time of booking. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment time may not be accommodated due to scheduling constraints. Late Arrivals If a client arrives late to a session, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the schedule of other clients. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a missed appointment. Missed Appointments If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and no prior notice is given, the session may be considered forfeited. Policy Acceptance By scheduling an appointment with HAVEN Ready™, clients acknowledge and agree to this booking and cancellation policy. This policy ensures fair scheduling practices while allowing flexibility for clients when unexpected situations arise.
